Use of EVI-GTI 's services are subject to the following Terms & Conditions.

Please read the following carefully as trading by internet site www.evi-gti.com (and all related sites) is conditional upon your agreement to them.

An EVI-GTI Member is defined as: "any organisation or individual having paid a subscription fee to EVI-GTI".

• An EVI-GTI Member agrees to inform EVI-GTI of any change of address or contact details.
• Services may only be used for lawful purposes. Publication or transmission of any material, or any use of Services, in violation of any Belgian law or regulation is prohibited, whether or not the member was aware of such content, or of the relevant law or regulation.
• Membership of EVI-GTI is tacitly renewed annually.  An invoice will be sent for the renewal fee which will include VAT at the current Belgian rate. Membership termination only by written request 30 days before the renewal date. Membership is non-transferable. Contributions are non-refundable and will be used to finance workshops, meetings, website updating, administration and management.
• An EVI-GTI Member agrees to participate in the EVI-GTI information exchange environment wherever possible subject to protection of the Member's reasonable business interests and/or confidentiality undertakings. Confidentiality of proprietary information will be respected and upheld by the EVI-GTI Members.
• Except where stated as COMMERCIAL IN CONFIDENCE or similar, all information or data received by, and made available from, EVI-GTI will be available for distribution in the public domain.
• EVI-GTI will be responsible for co-ordinating the Virtual Institute on behalf of the Membership.
• Completion of the "Application Form" does not guarantee acceptance of the application for Membership.
• Submission of the "Application Form" denotes acceptance of the EVI-GTI Terms & Conditions as laid out on this page.

Cancellation Policy:

In relation to EVI-GTI events:

Full refund (minus 10% administration charge) up to 30 days before the event
50% refund between 29 and 15 days before the event
0% refund up to 14 days before the event

Site Ownership and Disclaimer:

• Use of this Site
  The rights to the designs, pictures, logos, photographs and content of the Site are owned by or licensed to EVI-GTI. They are protected by copyright, trademarks and other intellectual property rights. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, republish, display, post or transmit any part of these sites without the written permission of EVI-GTI. You may view or print individual pages only for your own personal use.

• Liability
  We try to ensure the accuracy of all the content. However, we do not accept any liability for the use made by you of the content. The content of these sites should only be used for information purposes and you should not rely on it to make (or refrain from making) any decision or take (or refrain from taking) any action.

EVI-GTI will not be responsible in any circumstances for any loss of profits. EVI-GTI will not be responsible for any loss including wasted expenditure, corruption or destruction of data. EVI-GTI is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from your inability to use the site. EVI-GTI cannot promise that the Site will be uninterrupted or entirely error free. Because of the nature of the Internet, the Site is provided on an "as available" basis. EVI-GTI will not be responsible to you if we are unable to provide the Site for any reason beyond our control.

• Changes to the Terms
  EVI-GTI may change the Site or these terms at any time. If you use the Site after EVI-GTI has changed the terms you will be bound by the new terms.

• Governing Law and Jurisdiction
  These terms and your use of this Site are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium and any disputes will be decided only by the Courts of Belgium.
